Our first goal with all of our Knights teams is player development. This comes before winning. We believe if our coaches stay passionate and true to this philosophy and strive to develop every player, results on the field will take care of themselves. We as a club will never lose sight that player development comes first and foremost. A detailed player development model is in place that our towards high school and beyond. Our baseball organization is a Travel Ball organization that focuses on the development of the player and then creates the platform to maximize each player’s level of exposure. We prepare our players to compete at the highest levels in baseball. Throughout the development process, we also instill discipline, sportsmanship, teamwork, integrity and dedication. Our philosophy is that by developing baseball-playing skills in young boys and men, we will produce a successful and winning product on the field.
